The company structure of Pankl Racing Systems consists of three main divisions:
Racing, Aerospace and High Performance.
The Racing segment has been established in 1985 producing conrods for the motorsports industry. Nowadays the Racing division is a leading supplier for engine and drivetrain components and -systems for the racing market.
The experience of the Aerospace division goes back to the year 1994 when the first tailrotor driveshaft has been produced. Today Pankl Aerospace Systems is a tier one supplier within the global aerospace market.
The High Performance segment is specialised in the production of engine and drivetrain components for luxury vehicles and has been successively expanded in the last few years.

Systems from Pankl should feature in every upmarket racing and luxury vehicle as well as in all aircraft built by the most important manufacturers. Mag. Wolfgang Plasser, CEO
Wolfgang Plasser has joined the management board of Pankl Racing Systems AG in 2004 and has become CEO in 2006.

Wolfgang Plasser is born in Upper Austria, 1962 and has studied commercial sciences. Important positions in his professional career are his functions at KPMG, at the Investment Bank Austria and as CFO at Vossen AG and finally at the Ocean Consulting GmbH. Wolfgang Plasser was a member of the Executive Board of KTM Industries AG from 2015 to 2018 and of Pierer Industrie AG from 2018 to 2024.
DI (FH) Christoph Prattes, COO
Christoph Prattes was appointed to the Management Board of Pankl Racing Systems AG from 1st August 2015.

Christoph Prattes was born in 1976 in Graz and started his career at the AVI-EVG-H&S group. After finishing his extra-occupational study he joined Pankl Racing Systems AG in 2004 as Managing Director in several subsidiaries.
DI Stefan Seidel, CTO
Stefan Seidel was appointed to the Management Board of Pankl Racing Systems AG from 1st August 2015.

Stefan Seidel was born in 1976 in Graz, where he also finished his school education. After finishing his industrial engineer study at TU Graz he started his career at Pankl Drivetrain Systems. After a change-over to Alcoa, he returned to Pankl and was responsible for the Drivetrain division.
