Our areas of action
Our sustainability management is anchored in top management. Our sustainability strategy is based on the three dimensions of environment, social, and corporate governance. From this, our following strategic areas of action are derived:
As an industrial company, we consider the impact of our business activities on the environment and climate. We implement measures to design our processes in a resource-efficient manner and pursue activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These include, for example, the use of heat pumps, the use of electricity from renewable energy sources, and the utilization of waste heat.
Our employees are the essential foundation for our company’s success and continued development. We promote safe and healthy working conditions and support health promotion initiatives. Another key focus is on job security, training and professional development, and the advancement and qualification of skilled workers.
Our actions are guided by defined principles of conduct and the requirements of our Code of Conduct. This code forms the framework for our business activities and serves as the basis for our collaboration with our business partners. Adherence to these standards supports compliant business practices and contributes to the long-term development of our company.
