The systematic cooper­ation of the two companies, both having a focus on power­train compo­nents in the automotive business, is the basis for a future growth. Pankl Racing Systems AG, Kapfenberg, and SHW AG, Aalen, continue to remain independent companies under the umbrella of the new holding (Pankl AG).
